19641/2 thru 1965 decals were located on the flat spot, next to the inlet side, of the water pump. 1966 and 1967 decals were located on the coil bracket facing the front of the engine. 1968 — 1970 were located on the front area of drivers side valve cover. Boss 429 cars were usually located on the antiback-fire valve, or on the driver’s side of the engine block just below the head. Big block cars were located on the passenger side of the engine, on the head, just below the valve cover. Please refer to your metal identification tag or build sheet to determine which decal is correct for your vehicle. |

This is the decal that is curved (approx. 12” in length) and is located on the top side of the chrome/painted air cleaner lid. This decal has the correct color and lamination, just like the originals! |

Decals are placed according to which facility assembled the vehicle. Dearborn cars were located on the front of driver side valve cover and rear of passenger side valve cover. Metuchen cars were located on the front of both driver side and passenger side valve covers. Set of two. |
